Once again this year, the tennis hall in Roncadizza/Ortisei will become a meeting point for top international players. From 23rd to 29th November 2025, the Sparkasse ITF Women’s Val Gardena Südtirol will take place – now upgraded to an ITF W50 tournament with an impressive 40,000 US dollars in prize money.

This marks an important step forward for this long-established women’s tennis event, promising an even higher level of competition, thrilling matches and world-class tennis set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Dolomites. Players from across the globe will compete for valuable ranking points and the coveted Val Gardena trophy.

The second day of the Sparkasse ITF W50 Val Gardena South Tyrol in Ortisei demanded everything from everyone on Monday. The organizers of TC Urtijei, led by the coordinator of the organizing committee, Martina Moser, pushed through 16 matches. The players were on court from 9 a.m. until after midnight. No South Tyrolean competed in singles—but that will change tomorrow.
