Doubles final tomorrow after the singles semifinals
The German number 3 seed Mona Barthel (WTA 250), already ranked 23rd in the world in 2013, advances to the semi-finals of the Raiffeisen ITF Women's Val Gardena Südtirol. She defeated Sweden's Caijsa Wilda Henneman 6:2 6:2 and will face the number 2 seed Yuliya Hatouka (WTA 238) in the second semi-final tomorrow after 2pm. Hatouka gave Britain's Amarni Banks (WTA 315) no chance and won 6:1 4:1 (Banks withdrew due to a muscle injury).
The No. 4 seed, Finland's Anastasia Kulikova (WTA 277), defeated France's Lois Boisson (WTA 343) 6:2 2:6 6:3 and advances to the semifinals. At 2pm she will face Latvia's Diana Marcinkevica (WTA 375), who eliminated Germany's Carolina Kuhl (WTA 473) from the tournament.
The Italian Anastasia Abbagnato and her partner Kamilla Bartone (LAT) are in the doubles finals. They defeated the Slovakians Nikola Daubnerova/Sofia Milatova 6:3 6:2 and tomorrow they will take on Indy De Vroome (NED) and Katarina Kozarov (SRB) after the singles semifinals. Today they defeated No. 1 seed Diana Marcinkevica (LAT)/Martyna Kubka (POL) 6:3 6:3.
